Melissa was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Haiti and South Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 1996, and worked as a charge nurse in Intensive Care for 3 years before returning to graduate school. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Florida State University as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in the year 2000. During her time at FSU, Melissa conducted her own research study, the results of which are published in the Journal of Perinatal Education.
She worked in primary care for 6 years prior to specializing in the field of cosmetic dermatology & aesthetics in 2006. She has extensive training and experience in a multitude of cosmetic dermatologic procedures such as on and off label neurotoxin and filler injections (facial contouring, cheek augmentation, hand rejuvenation, lip augmentation, and treatment of axillary hyperhydrosis). Melissa is a certified Candela Laser and IPL operator, specializing in photorejuvenation, laser skin tightening, laser vein/lesion treatment, and laser hair removal. She holds certifications in Advanced Aesthetics; and in advanced BOTOX® injection techniques.
From 2016-2020, Melissa was an Allergan ACE injector trainer. She trained physicians, nurse practitioners, and physicians assistants in theory and technique for the administration of Allergan products such as Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Vollure®, Volbella®, and Kybella®.
Melissa is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Haitian Creole, French, and Italian.
Melissa is married and has 2 sons. She currently resides in Jupiter, FL.

West Palm Beach Plastic Surgeon Daniel L. Kapp, M.D is a board certified surgeon, who was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He currently holds medical licenses in Florida, Massachusetts, and Ohio.
Dr. Kapp was a clinical instructor in both general and plastic surgery at Ohio State University College of Medicine, an Anastasi Fellow in plastic surgery, and a junior faculty member at Boston University Medical Center. He has chaired and participated in several medical committees, conducted medical presentations, and written papers on subjects of reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries.
Dr. Kapp has received awards in surgery and pharmacology including the Ohio State University Department of Surgery Research Award, Ohio State University Medical Director's Award, Upjohn & Pharmacia Award in Pharmacology and the Honors Award in Surgery, from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
After returning to Florida in 2004, Dr. Kapp joined Palm Beach Plastic Surgery Center, the highly successful practice of Dr. Richard Schwartz. Dr. Kapp performs all types of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, specializing in breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring and facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Kapp is a member of both the American Medical Association and the Palm Beach County Medical Society. He is currently Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and he serves as a board member of the Center for Creative Education, a West Palm Beach-based community organization that brings arts and cultural curricula to students in Palm Beach County. Dr. Kapp performs procedures in his office and at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Jupiter Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and Columbia Hospital. He also devotes time to patients within the Wound Care Center at Jupiter Medical Center.
Dr. Kapp currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and three children.
Princess Mo was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Yes, Princess is her real name. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing in 2007. Princess has worked with Bebe and various fashion designers off the runway from Miami Fashion Week. In 2014, she switched fields and became a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness model. Princess was CEO of a mobile fitness training service called GetMoFit LLC.
Princess is energetic and professional and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. She joined CosMedica Injections in 2022, where she assists with office operations, inventory, and ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
She currently resides in Stuart, FL with her boyfriend and daughter.
